Typical response

Most enquiries receive a first reply within one to two business days. Anything involving a carrier or a payment provider can take longer, and we will say so rather than leave you waiting.

Four things that make an answer possible

Your order number — it starts with a letter-numeric sequence and appears in your confirmation email.
The email address used at checkout, so we can locate the order if the number is to hand.
The product name as it appears on its page, plus which part is affected.
A photograph or short video where something is damaged, faulty or missing — one clear image is usually enough and avoids a second round of messages.

What happens after you send it

Your message is logged — Everything sent to service@xevqvsi.com lands in one queue and is read by the team, not sorted by an automated responder.
We confirm we have it — A first reply acknowledges the message and, where relevant, asks for anything missing from the list above.
We look into it — For delivery questions we contact the carrier; for product faults we review the photographs and the order record.
We close it with a decision — Replacement, refund, store credit or a clear explanation of why a request cannot be met, with the reason given.

Where is my order?

Tracking is emailed on dispatch. If the number has not arrived within three business days of purchase, contact us and we will check with the carrier.

Can I change the delivery address?

Only before the parcel is dispatched. Send the order number and the corrected address as early as possible — once it is with the carrier, the address cannot be altered.

The item arrived damaged.

Photograph the packaging and the device, email both, and we will arrange a replacement or refund. Keep the packaging until we reply.

I want to return something.

Returns are accepted within thirty days of delivery under the conditions set out in our Return and Refund Policy.

A charge looks wrong.

Send the order number and a screenshot of the charge. If a duplicate was taken in error, the refund is issued as soon as the payment provider confirms it.
