The terms of buying from us

These terms govern every order placed through xevqvsi.com. Placing an order means you accept them, so they are written to be read rather than skimmed.

What these terms cover

These terms apply to the sale of goods through xevqvsi.com by Beijing Qiuguang Zhixing Technology Co., Ltd.. They cover the contract formed when an order is accepted, and they sit alongside our Shipping Policy, Return and Refund Policy, Privacy Policy and Terms of Use, each of which forms part of the same agreement.

Where a product page states something specific about a device — its voltage, its warranty period, what is supplied — that statement forms part of the description of the goods and takes effect alongside these terms.

When an order becomes binding

Your order is an offer to buy. The contract is formed when we send the dispatch confirmation, not when the order is placed. Until then we may decline an order — for example where an item is out of stock, where a pricing error is obvious, where fraud screening flags the transaction, or where we cannot deliver to the address given. Where an order is declined after payment, the full amount is refunded.

You must be at least eighteen years old, or the age of majority in your jurisdiction, to place an order.

Currency, errors and charges

Prices are shown and charged in U.S. dollars and include any tax we are required to collect. Import duty and local taxes in the destination country are not included and are payable by the recipient.
Payment is taken at checkout through the providers offered. We do not accept bank transfer, cash on delivery, cheque or cryptocurrency.
Where a price is shown incorrectly due to an obvious error, we may cancel the order and refund it rather than supply the goods at that price, and we will tell you why.
Shipping charges, where they apply, are shown before payment and form part of the total.

Descriptions, images and limits

We take care to describe each device accurately and to state its specifications, what is included and any limitation worth knowing before buying. Images are illustrative: packaging, colour tone and minor detailing can differ between production batches and screens.

Devices are intended for the personal-care use described on their pages. They are not medical devices and nothing on this site is a medical claim or a substitute for professional advice. Where a condition persists, see a dentist, dermatologist or doctor rather than relying on a consumer device.

When responsibility passes

Delivery dates given at checkout are estimates, not guarantees, and time is not of the essence unless we agree otherwise in writing. Risk in the goods passes to you on delivery to the address you supplied; title passes when payment has been received in full.

Where a parcel is returned to us because it was refused, uncollected, or could not be delivered for a reason within your control, we may deduct the shipping cost from any refund.

Summary of what you are entitled to

Returns are accepted within thirty days of delivery, subject to the conditions in our Return and Refund Policy.
Devices carry a twelve-month warranty against manufacturing defects from the date of delivery.
Nothing in these terms limits any right you have under the consumer law of your country of residence, including rights relating to goods that are faulty or not as described.

What belongs to whom

The xevqvsi name, the content of this site, and the product photography and copy published on it belong to us or to our licensors. You may view, print or share pages for your own non-commercial use. Reproducing them for commercial purposes, or scraping the catalogue, is not permitted without written permission.

Where our responsibility ends

We are responsible for supplying goods that match their description and are of satisfactory quality, and for the direct losses that foreseeably follow from our failing to do so. We are not responsible for indirect or consequential loss, for loss of profit, or for damage caused by using a device in a way its instructions exclude.

Nothing here excludes or limits liability for death or personal injury caused by negligence, for fraud, or for anything else that cannot lawfully be limited.

Events we cannot prevent

Neither party is liable for a failure caused by something beyond reasonable control — natural disaster, epidemic, war, industrial action, carrier failure, customs backlog, or a change in law. Where such an event affects an order, we will tell you and either fulfil it once the event passes or refund it.

Which law applies

These terms are governed by the laws of the People's Republic of China, and the courts of Beijing have jurisdiction over disputes arising from them. This does not remove any protection given to you by the mandatory consumer law of your country of residence, which continues to apply.
