xevqvsi is the trading name used on xevqvsi.com, an online store built around smart personal-care devices β hair styling tools, oral care devices, skin and beauty devices, and everyday grooming tools.
A store with one job, stated plainly
This website is owned and run by Beijing Qiuguang Zhixing Technology Co., Ltd., a company registered in Tongzhou District, Beijing. The people behind it are Li Yang and a small team who spend most of their time doing two things: choosing which devices are worth listing, and answering the questions customers send before and after they buy.
We are not a manufacturer. We are a retailer that selects products from a much larger field, and the selection is the part we take responsibility for. If a device on this site turns out to be badly made, that is our judgement that failed, not the customer's.
Everything listed sits inside four categories: hair styling, oral care, skin and beauty, and everyday grooming. We keep the range narrow on purpose. A catalogue of two hundred near-identical gadgets helps nobody decide anything.
What a product has to pass before it is listed
It solves something that actually happens
Frizz on a humid morning, flossing that never becomes a habit, a fringe that kinks by ten. We start from the moment in someone's day, then look for the device that fits it β not the other way round.
The specifications are written honestly
Battery life, temperature range, water-resistance rating and what is in the box are stated as they are. Where a product cannot do something β turning tight curls bone straight, for example β we say so on the page rather than leaving it to be discovered.
Support is reachable by a human
Questions go to service@xevqvsi.com and are read by the team. We would rather answer a hesitant buyer for ten minutes than process a return later.
The price is straightforward
Prices are shown in U.S. dollars and the amount at checkout is the amount charged, apart from any duty or tax applied by the destination country, which is stated separately before payment.
From the warehouse to your bathroom shelf
Orders are packed after they are checked
Each order is picked and inspected before it leaves, so the device you receive matches the one described on its page.
Tracking is issued on dispatch
A tracking number is emailed as soon as the parcel is handed to the carrier, and it stays valid through to delivery.
Questions get a reply, not a ticket number
Messages sent during the hours below are answered in the order they arrive, usually within one to two business days.
Problems are settled case by case
If something arrives damaged, faulty or not as described, tell us with a photograph and we will resolve it β replacement, refund or store credit, whichever fits the situation.
Where we sell and what we cover
We ship to the destinations shown at checkout and handle after-sales for every order placed directly through xevqvsi.com. Orders made through another retailer or marketplace are handled by that seller, even if the product is the same.
Devices carry a twelve-month warranty against manufacturing defects from the date of delivery. The warranty covers the device itself; it does not cover cosmetic wear, misuse, or damage caused by using the product in a way its instructions exclude.
