How checkout works on xevqvsi.com, which payment methods are available, and the measures in place to keep card and personal data out of the wrong hands.
What you can pay with
Cards
Major credit and debit cards are accepted where supported in your country. Card details are entered on a payment page operated by our provider, not on a form we control.
Digital wallets
Wallet and accelerated checkout options appear at checkout when your device and browser support them, and when they are available in your region.
Regional options
Some destinations offer additional local methods. The checkout page for your address is the definitive list β we cannot add a method that is not offered there.
What we do not take
Bank transfer, cash on delivery, cheque, and payment by cryptocurrency are not accepted. Any message asking you to pay outside the checkout is not from us.
What happens between basket and confirmation
Prices are shown in U.S. dollars. The total presented at checkout includes the cost of the items and any shipping charge that applies to your address. Import duty and local taxes, where they apply, are assessed by the destination country on arrival and are not collected by us at checkout.
Payment is authorised at the moment you confirm the order. Your card is charged when the payment provider approves the transaction β authorisation and settlement can appear as two entries for a short period, which is normal and resolves without action.
Once payment succeeds, an order confirmation is emailed to the address you entered. That confirmation is the record of what you bought, what you paid and where it is going. If it does not arrive, check your spam folder, then contact us before placing a second order β duplicated orders are far harder to undo than a delayed email.
How the data is protected
- Encrypted transmission. The site is served over HTTPS and data sent between your browser and the store is encrypted in transit.
- No card storage. Full card numbers, expiry dates and security codes are captured by our payment providers. We receive only the outcome of the transaction and the last four digits where needed for support.
- Provider certification. Payment processing is handled by providers certified against the Payment Card Industry Data Security Standard.
- Additional verification. Some transactions trigger an extra verification step with your bank. This is issued by the bank, not by us, and is a sign the check is working.
- Fraud screening. Orders are screened for signs of fraudulent activity. Where an order is flagged, we may contact you to confirm details before dispatching, or cancel and refund it.
- Limited internal access. Only staff who need order information to do their job can see it, and access to the store administration is protected by individual credentials.
Practical precautions worth taking
We will never ask for your full card number, your password, or a one-time code by email, phone or message. If you receive something claiming to be from us that does, do not respond β forward it to service@xevqvsi.com instead.
Keep the email address on your account current, since order confirmations, tracking and any refund correspondence all go there. Use a payment method that offers chargeback protection, and check your statement against your confirmation email when an order completes.
If a payment looks wrong
Send the order number and a screenshot of the entry to service@xevqvsi.com. Where a duplicate charge is confirmed, the refund is issued as soon as the payment provider verifies it, and we will tell you the expected date rather than leaving it open.
